Once activated, Jane will send out booking offers to eligible waitlisted clients when a cancellation happens, giving them the opportunity to grab the spot without you lifting a finger.

You’ll find this feature under Settings > Scheduling > Waitlist Preferences. It’s all about saving time while keeping your calendar full and your clients happy.

You’ll see a new “File Upload” option when building or editing your intake forms. Clients can upload PDFs, images, and more—securely and directly through Jane’s encrypted forms.

This helps reduce email exchanges and keeps everything organized right where you work. More time for care, less time chasing paperwork.

This update helps clients find times that are more likely to work for both of you, leading to fewer cancellations and reschedules. Plus, it’s a big win for practitioners who juggle multiple types of services and want to avoid calendar gaps.
